The Role:
We are looking for a qualified, self-motivated professional to help our business and customers reform their operations and support their business by providing intuitive guidance. You will be an important ally to every organization who wants to invest in change and improvement and needs help as to where and how.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients (recruiting, payroll, promotional campaigns etc.) according to client’s requirements
  • Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
  • Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)

The Role:
The Solution Engineer will understand the implications of major design decisions and will be responsible for highlighting important or difficult decisions, ensuring that the tradeoffs are considered. Where appropriate, a principal engineer will propose significant architectural changes; where appropriate, team members will participate in the evaluation of others’ proposals.

ezCinect™ OBI is built on a scalable, extensible platform that enables rapid application development. The Software Engineer helps to create these benefits and ensure that major projects build on and do not detract from the overall architecture.

Major features often involve a deep understanding of business development implications of the changes that will result, including the impact on reports and usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of major features
  • Work with the team to understand design and feature tradeoffs
  • Present architectural recommendations to the team
  • Create functional specifications and designs
  • Work with the team to ensure the quality of the features, including the creation and maintenance of test cases

Requirements:

Sales Development Representative

This is a great opportunity to work with a creative, strategic-thinking, and innovative team based in Linton, North Dakota.

The Role:
The Sales Development Representative will be primarily responsible for leading the strategy, go-to-market execution and management to meet and/or exceed the company’s monthly, quarterly and annual sales.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the software industry, has a proven track record of building and leading teams and uses creative approaches to drive the Plains Mobile Inc brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes measurements to accurately and consistently forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings to ensure business is tracking on a monthly cadence
  • Report sales activity and forecast to provide timely insight on trends and issues
  • Provide sales leadership by participating and leading in prospect meetings
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new  reps on the Plains Mobile sales process
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Plains Mobile products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Coaches and mentors reps to develop their ability to effectively sell Plains Mobile solutions
  • Establishes and maintains processes that generate strong customer satisfaction
  • Shares input with other departments in preparing sales materials and technical publications.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Become an expert on our product, our competition and the markets in which we compete
  • Up to 50%+ travel

Requirements:
